Classes are a wonderful 90 minutes long, yes 90 minutes, for all levels, so pace yourselves.

We love new students. Please arrive a little early on your first class to register. Our class times can be found above by clicking here or above on the word schedule.

Wear something loose and comfortable. The room is heated to an average of 105 degrees! So you will sweat.

Drink lots of water throughout the day before class, or the night before for you morning people. Try not to eat at least three hours before class.

Yoga mats are required. You may use one of the studio's mats initially, but after you fall in love with Bikram's yoga, please plan on purchasing your own.

Bring water. This is very important. We have water for sale at the studio if you forget.

Please be prepared not to leave the room for 90 minutes once class begins. The art of yoga is a discipline that your body will crave. Toxins are released from your body throughout your workout, if you feel dizzy or light headed, the feeling will pass quickly, just lie on your back and let it pass. This is to train your body and to not disturb your fellow students who are also working on their disciplines.

Refrain from talking during class to avoid disturbing your concentration, your fellow students and your teacher. Moaning is unavoidable, as are laughter and sometimes tears.

Take your time after class. This relaxation is your reward for the concentration and effort exuded throughout the prior 90 minutes. It is your final savasana before you leave the sanctuary of the Renton Studio.
